Dear Residents,

We hope you’re well. We wanted to provide an update regarding ongoing work along with what you can expect in the coming days. Our team is committed to minimizing disruption and ensuring the work progresses smoothly.

Key Updates:

• Crogsland Road Works:
  We are currently breaking ground and working on concrete in Crogsland Road. We will aim to keep noise levels as low as possible.
• Site Deliveries:
  Deliveries to the site on Crogsland Road will continue daily. We will do our best to manage traffic flow and reduce any inconvenience.
• Balcony Work – Blocks B & C:
  Temporary noise from ongoing works on the balconies of Block B and Block C is expected. We’re working to reduce noise wherever possible.
• Paving and Tiling:
  Paving work is taking place on the walkways of Block C, and we are also tiling the balconies on Block B (levels 1 & 2) and Block C (levels 3 & 4). Some noise is to be expected during these activities.
• Decorating and Snagging:
  Both internal and external decoration work continues throughout Block B. Final snagging is also ongoing in Block A.

Resident Moves:

• We have successfully handed over 5 plots in Block A to residents, with 1 already moved in. Additionally, 1 plot has been handed over in Block B. As more residents move in, you may notice moving vans frequently accessing the area.
