Construction and Demolition
Countryside Partnerships are committed to ensuring that the impact of construction is as minimal as possible. To help us achieve that, we want to hear your thoughts on our demolition and construction managements plans.
The plans have been designed to help Countryside Partnerships manage the impact of construction and are live working documents, which will be updated as any changes are made. Both plans are located on the ‘Documents’ page.
Working with our Neighbours
We are working with our neighbours to make sure that any disruption for our construction works is communicated throughout the construction process. The environmental impact to noise and dust has been closely monitored ensuring a duty of care to the immediate community.
Countryside Partnerships (formerly Vistry Partnerships) is registered with the Considered Constructors Scheme (CCS) and we always aim to be a considerate neighbour. We will ensure that the works are managed safely and to the highest standards, minimising noise and disruption throughout the construction period.
We hold monthly meetings and produce a newsletter, to keep you up to date with the construction and to receive regular feedback. Meeting dates will be published well in advance.
